„Easy Plast BG” EООD is a family company with an extensive experience in the field of plastic products. It is located in the town of Gabrovo and has its own production base with an area of ​​3000 sq. m. and own transport. Easy Plast BG manufactures over 100 types of plastic parts for customers both in Bulgaria and abroad. In 2009, it started its development, following a basic principle – to be better and better in meeting the needs of its customers. To achieve this, it is constantly striving to improve the quality of its plastic products. For the needs of our clients, we offer production of small and medium-sized plastic parts from ABS, PC, HIPS, PP, HDPE, PA, TPE and others. The plastic injection molding machines of Arburg and Dr .BOY have a closing force of 20 to 200 tons. We offer injection molding of plastic parts (small and large series), production of tooling equipment (plastic molds), production of 3D rapid models, extrusion of plastic profiles, ultrasonic welding of plastic parts, laser engraving of plastic products, pad printing on plastic parts, etc.

The  Easy Plast BG EOOD  company also has a mini injection molding machine for miniature plastic parts, as well as a 3D printer. Our machine park is made of fully automatic and modern machines from leading German manufacturers for injection molding of plastic under pressure. We have rich experience in the production of glass-filled thermoplastics and polymers, as well as a team of well-trained specialists ready to meet any challenge from our customers. We offer complex solutions for your production and packaging – from design development and tool making (mould) to the manufacture of the final plastic product.
